Concerning the layout breaking in IE: It is happening because someone posted a long code string, I believe it is comment #17. If you look at it in Firefox it runs out of the box. IE simply doesn't let it do that, so it makes the box that much bigger and when the box gets bigger it no longer fits in the sidebar so it gets pushed down. One solution would be to encourage people to post with code tags when posting code and try and style the code selector through the CSS file.
