Adds the Apple - Prepares for court

A new visit to the iPhone website shows that Apple has added the Apple logo ahead of iPhone. This may be a sure sign that they are preparing to separate the Apple iPhone trademark from the Cisco iPhone trademark.

They eventually did the same kind of move with the iTV trademark that was changed into AppleTV with the logo ahead of tv.

I have tried to recover the first version of the website without success. Maybe some of you have it and can post it for more solid proof.

At least it is consistent with the keynote. Do you think they would have forgotten the Apple at the keynote?

They didn’t “forget” the Apple on the Apple tv.

I’m quite confident that the Apple is added after Cisco made it clear it will go to court.
